Today was meh. I did good in my eating but i wasnt as successful in my ‘activity’ part of my day. I didnt end up walking everywhere to get everything done cause i jsut didnt have time. I walked around the mall lots. Got 2 cute pairs of sandalls, a cute dress, a cute white clutch, 3 bras and a pair of panties,my mani and my pedi :), went grocery shopping, pickedup my brith control (interested in how birthcontrol will affect me this week if at all).
Anyways, im gonna do an ab workout tonight as planned and dance for a bit or something. Probly theother way around to get my heart going prior to my workout. Gotta clean my room - its gonna take me forever - o well burning calories.
Ok breakfast - oatmeal/orange/ handful of soy nuts, snack - apple and one pice of amazing chocolate form my chocolate box (and i stopped at one!), didnt get to eat again until dinner at 7ish which was little soup/salad and french tuna roll 6pieces. Right now im going to have 1/2 a grapefruit… didnt drink enough water - but will drink more before bed.
Things i learned today - drink lots before running, o crap i don even think i have another good pair of shoes to run in - might have to find something else to do *sigh*.. and make sure to carry snacks if im going to be running around for a while.
Bright side - i ran around the mall today walked pasgt the food court twice and did not give in!!!
