Day 4 - Week 2 - Accountability

It’s kinda getting hard now… but im down, i wanna keep seeing results, my man says i look smaller - and the scale says so too so i must continue!!

Breakfast - 1 chocolate (hehe); snack - soy nuts; lunch - 1/2 greek salad from restaurant/bite of BLT sandwhich; dinner - other half of greek salad; snack - pineapple

Not  what i had planned, but i didnt wanna face the roomates… um…. nuff said <grin>

Ill catch up with my buddies blogs later - still with the bf - missed him so much!!!

Day 3 - Week 2 - Accountability

Putting the computer away for tonight so i thought id this this up now.

Breeakfast - oatmeal/ little bit of skim milk/2 egg whites/ 2 tiny tangerines; snack - 1 chocolate from the box (it was heaven) and celeri sticks; lunch - tortilla whole wheat/tomatoes/green peppers/partioally skim cheese/pasta sauce (pizza); snack - dried apriocots!!; dinner - chicken/broccoli; snack (at 8:30) nectarine

Crvings were bad today - it was a little harder than usual. I think its the anxiousness in seeing my man tonite. im so pumped.

Ok it has past..

the waffle craving is gone… thanks to loulou’s blog entry and others…. thanks girls!!!!!!

Noooooooooooooooooooooo! The waffles are back!

Omg i work at a hotel. We have free continental breakfast. They just started serving these HUGE AMAZING waffles!!! The batter is sitting in the fridge, the maple syrup is in the fridge, all i have to do is pour, flip, cover in butter and maple syrup and eat it up. I actually stopped and froze and then i had to NO to myelf out loud and ran to my laptop to post this!!! OH my god lord help me, im seeing the boyfriend tonight - that should be motivation enough! gonna eat my chicken maybe that will help!!!!!!!!!!!

Is it even possible?

I know that if someone has alot of weight too lose, the pounds jsut melt off in the first week.  I had about 30lbs to lose in total to bring me down to 115lbs (im 5′2 and a bit). Now my initial weigh in, i put in as 145 - it was probably exactly 143 maybe 144. Now, im on my 10th day of eating great and my exercising has been ‘alright’ nothign extraordinary. On day 10 i weighed in this morning at 134 (friday i was 135). Im not starving myself. Im eating plenty -1300-1500 cals a day to keep my metabolism up. Is this normal or do i have a high metabolism? Or is my scale off? (doctor’s scale).Something jsut doesnt seem right. thats almost 10lbs in 10 days… its almost too good to be true… im confused..

Day 2 - Week 2 - Accountability

I told my friend i was on Day 2 - Week 2 of eating well and he didnt believe me. lol.

Anwyays, breakfast - 2 egg whites with a tiny bit of cheese on top, oatmeal and 2 small tangerines, snack - 110cals of dried apricot (mmmm), lunch - brown rice/carrots/corn/peas/brocoli, snack - celeri/cuccumber, diner - brocolli/chicken (with paprika and garlic powder, snack - 1/2 grapefruit

I feel soooooooooooo full again. sometimes i think i overeat, ubt i dont gain so i guess i didnt. I cant believe im doing this, i really never thought i would be able to…

Anwyays, i think im going to red lobster tomorow! gonna check out the website and try to plan.  Night all

Gosh darnit my camera doesnt work…warning - pointless entry

And i really wanted to post an updated pic!!!  Ill get my friend to take one of me tomorow when i see her and post it.

Im so gassy today and i dont know why… *blush*  hmmmm .. i wonder…. lol. Hope i get rid of it all before i see my mannnnnnnnnnnnn!!! I have butterflies!! I really cant wait to see him..!! Anyways, like i said, pretty pointless - accountability blog later - woot!

New great snack for the week!

Mmmmmm, i found dried up apricots. Omg i never knew these were so good. Its like candy!!! Its pure apricot.  Obviously then its pure sugar since all the water is gone and so tst jsut that… sugar.. but im drinking a nice bottle of water with it! Its soooo great! Got rid of my chocolate craving!!!! The package i bought came with a bunch and i split them into 5 servings in baggies, redy to go. Anwyays, gotta get going!! Will blog later of course.  So pumped!!! Seeing boyfriend tomorow!!!! Im so proud of what i accomplished while he was gone. I hope he notices without me saying anything! Any other week without hi i woulda been turning to comfot food whenever i missed him… lol This has been great! Now i gotta get him off his damn KFC/candy trip!

Day 1 -Week 2 - Accountability

Today was meh. I did good in my eating but i wasnt  as successful in my ‘activity’ part of my day. I didnt end up walking everywhere to get everything done cause i jsut didnt have time. I walked around the mall lots. Got 2 cute pairs of sandalls, a cute dress, a cute white clutch, 3 bras and a pair of panties,my mani and my pedi :), went grocery shopping, pickedup my brith control (interested in how birthcontrol will affect me this week if at all).

Anyways, im gonna do an ab workout tonight as planned and dance for a bit or something. Probly theother way around to get my heart going prior to my workout. Gotta clean my room - its gonna take me forever - o well burning calories.

Ok breakfast - oatmeal/orange/ handful of soy nuts, snack - apple and one pice of amazing chocolate form my chocolate box (and i stopped at one!), didnt get to eat again until dinner at 7ish which was little soup/salad and french tuna roll 6pieces. Right now im going to have 1/2 a grapefruit… didnt drink enough water - but will drink more before bed.

Things i learned today - drink lots before running, o crap i don even think i have another good pair of shoes to run in - might have to find something else to do *sigh*.. and make sure to carry snacks if im going to be running around for a while.

Bright side - i ran around the mall today walked pasgt the food court twice and did not give in!!!

I failed :(

Well, i got dressed started my run… justified turning around early and walking most of the way back. My right foot had a killer blister and i was jsut drained. I dont know… i forgot to drink water this morning so maybe that had soemthing to do with it.  Maybe it was all in my heqad, maybe i was jsut being a baby. I dont know,, but i pretty much ended up walking for 30mins, which isnt horrible but when you set out to run for 43min -its alittle bit of a let down. Im going to try to make up the lack of burned calories by walking to the bank/groceries/nail pace instead of walking. Its a ways so that should be allright.  Now to my workout. Oh and obvio im going to be very careful with what i eat today.
